CALLOUT - Stuck Paraglider in Llangollen. 21.07.26
While the team was assisting with a search for a missing teenager in Talacre yesterday, a second callout was received. At the request of Gwasnaeth Tân ac Achub Gogledd Cymru via North Wales Police the team was deployed to assist a paraglider who had become entangled in trees near Llangollen, approximately 25 metres above the ground. CALLOUT - Missing Person in Talacre. 21.07.26.
On Tuesday afternoon, the team was requested by North Wales Police to assist with the search for a missing teenager in the Talacre area. Team members carried out targeted foot searches until darkness fell. During the search, a second callout was received involving a paraglider in difficulty near Llangollen. The team split its resources, with some members continuing the search while others were redeployed to assist at the second incident. The good news came through today that


CALLOUT - Injured Mountain Biker at World's End 07.07.26
On Tuesday evening, the team was requested by North Wales Police to assist a mountain biker who had taken a fall on the moorland between Llandegla and World's End. Following confirmation of the casualty's location using Sarloc Rescue PhoneFind, team members were deployed to assess and treat the casualty.
