The Team was called out to a despondent male who had been reported missing from home in the Mold area. Found by a member of the public.

The Team was called out to assist an injured walker and their friend who were lost in Llandegla Forest. Both found safe and well
45/12 – 18/11/12
The Team was called out to assist the Welsh Ambulance Service evacuate a person who had fallen from their horse near Holywell. The Team as stood down after WAS were able to reach the casualty themselves.

The Team was called out to search for a person lost in Clocaenog Forest in the dark and without a torch. A hasty team set out and found the lost person.
43/12 – 20/10/12
The Team was called out to assist an injured walker in the Berwyns. Team members were deployed and the assistance of the RAF requested. The walker was winched off and taken to hospital.

The Team was called out to regarding two lost walkers on Aran Fawddwy. Although not in our area we were supporting other North Wales teams who were heavily involved in Incident 40/12.

The Team was called out to search for a missing person in the Wrexham area. Found safe and well out of the area.

The Team was asked to send swiftwater rescue technicians to the Machynlleth area. Search managers also assisted and team members were sent to help Cave Rescue with communications.

The Team was contacted by Dyfed Powys Police regarding a missing person in their area. Search management advice given.

The Team was called out to search for a missing person in the Wrexham area following the discovery of a body by the River Clywedog. Sadly Team members found the body of a second person overnight.

The Team was contacted regarding a missing person in the St. Asaph area. Search management advice was given and a search manager was en route when the missing person was located.

Missing person search in the St. Asaph area. Team members assisted North Wales Police with search planning and the missing person was located soon afterwards.

The Team was contacted regarding a missing person in the Colwyn Bay area. The missing person turned up whilst our First Responder was gathering information over the phone with Police.

The Team was called out by West Mercia Police to search for a vulnerable person missing from home in the Oswestry area. Located safe and well.

The Team was contacted to evacuate an injured person off the Clwydians. The Welsh Ambulance Service were able to reach the injured person and the Team wasn’t needed.

The team was called out to evacuate an injured person off Meliden Mountain. The casualty was picked up by Team Landrover and taken to an awaiting ambulance.

The team was called out to search for a vulnerable person missing from home in the Mold area. Found safe and well outside the area.

The team was called out to assist the Welsh Ambulance Service evacuate a person who had become unwell on the Clwydians. The casualty was picked up by Team Landrover and taken to an awaiting ambulance.

The team was called out to assist the Welsh Ambulance Service evacuate a person who had become unwell on the Clwydians. The casualty was picked up by Team Landrover and evacuated by RAF helicopter.

The team was contacted following reports of of a person missing from home in poor weather conditions in the Llangollen area. Missing person located before the Team was called out.

The team was called out to search for an overdue walker on the Offa’s Dyke path. Walker had returned home after missing their lift at the pick up point.

The team was contacted by OVMRO requesting assistance. After discussions with our First Responder, our assistance wasn’t required.

The team was called out to assist the Welsh Ambulance Service with an unconscious paraglider in the Llanddulas area. The Team was stood down en route as the Air Ambulance had managed to reach the casualty.

The team was contacted following reports of dogs barking continuously for some time and concerns of their owner having fallen ill. The Team Leader was in the area and together with Police Officers managed to discover that it was a false alarm with good intent.

The team was called out to assist the Welsh Ambulance Service to evacuate a person who had fallen ill at Dyserth Waterfall.

The team was called out to search for a vulnerable male missing from home in the Rhyl area. We were informed on 16/04/12 that the missing person had been found safe and well.

The team was placed on standby following reports of two lost teenagers in the Colwyn Bay area. Located by family.

The team was called out to assist the Ambulance evacuate an injured person in difficult terrain near Corwen. Informed that our assistance was no longer needed approximately five minutes from the rendezvous point.
