CALLOUT: Moel Famau, woman with leg injury
Following a full day exercise, team members were cleaning kit and about to start the exercise debrief at Base when a report came in of a young woman with a leg injury on one of the routes up Moel Famau – gear was rapidly repacked and two team vehicles attended the scene to assist the casualty. Fortunately her injuries were not serious, and she was transported to the roadhead by a team vehicle and then subsequently to hospital – we wish the young woman a speedy recovery.
