On Friday 30th May 2014, NEWSAR was honoured to be part of the Queen’s Baton Relay event on Moel Famau.

18 trained team members and three fully equipped vehicles were located at various points between Bwlch Penbarras and the summit of Moel Famau to provide medical and safety cover.

Thankfully it was a quiet day with us only having to treat one casualty who needed a plaster or two and reuniting a family.

Here are some photos of the day: [flickr-gallery mode=”photoset” photoset=”72157645096067081″]
