CALLOUT 47/22: Casualty extraction at Horseshoe Falls, Llangollen

Shortly after 10:30pm on Sunday the team was called to assist the Welsh Ambulance Service to extract a patient from the edge of the River Dee at Horseshoe Falls near Llangollen. Given the location only a small group of team members were sent to the scene for the expected short carry to a waiting ambulance.

The casualty was packaged onto an ambulance scoop and then put onto our Bell stretcher.
