CALLOUT - Missing Person in Mold. 08 08 26

On Saturday 8th August, the team was requested by North Wales Police to assist with the search for a missing person.

Some of our team members were at Tesco at the time, raising awareness of NEWSAR and fundraising. Being close to the area, they were able to quickly pack up, deploy to the RV and begin searching, with further team members travelling to the RV and joining the search as they arrived.

Following discussions with North Wales Police, team members carried out searches of a number of areas throughout the afternoon.

As the evening approached, plans were being made to continue the search the following morning when we received the welcome news that the missing person had been located safe and well.

A huge thank you to everyone who responded and assisted with the search. We are delighted that this incident had a positive outcome.
