CALLOUT - Overdue walker in the Berwyns 26.04.26

On Sunday evening we were contacted by @northwalespolice requesting our assistance with an overdue walker in the Berwyns.

The team carried out an extensive search over difficult and steep terrain.

Sadly, the individual was located by the team and recovered with the utmost care and respect.

This was a long and challenging operation lasting several hours. As always, it was handled with professionalism, compassion, and determination by all involved.

A huge thank you to our team members for their efforts, as well as partner agencies who assisted during the search.

The team finally stood down in the early hours, with many volunteers heading straight back to their day jobs.

Our team of volunteers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days responding to those in need throughout Flintshire, Denbighshire, Wrexham & parts of Conwy & Powys.
