NEWSAR Clwydian Fell Race 2012

The annual NEWSAR fell race took place today, 4th November. We were blessed with almost perfect conditions for the race, with cool weather and blue skies.

Ninety three fell runners converged on the small village of Cilcain, near Mold, to start the race at 11:00. A little over an hour later the first runner was back at the finish having covered the race distance of a little under ten miles across the Clwydian hills.

The team would like to thank the runners for taking part. In doing so they raised more than £400 for the team.
