Team member Dani and supporters Delyth and Rebecca put their best feet forward

Team member Dani and Team supporters Rebecca and Delyth have been fundraising for NEWSAR by competing their first sponsorship event last Saturday morning (27th October). 

The three took part in the Major Series at Weston Park, Shropshire and ran a challenging 10km course designed around mud, hills, obstacles, ditches and water. Apparently their trainers will never look the same again!

Rebecca and Delyth have also placed a collection bucket on the main reception desk at Glyndwr University where they both work and are encouraging their colleagues to make a donation to the Team.  To help this fundraising event, Dani took to the airwaves with Spence and Ang from Heart FM’s breakfast show to tell them all about the Team and the work we do on Monday morning.
