The 2011 NEWSAR Clwydian Fell Race took place on 6th November with 101 runners joining us in Cilcain.  Hope all those who ran enjoyed the route around the Clwydians.  The weather played its part too.

Honestly I tried Orion Spins casino without expecting much but it surprised me. The site is simple to use and there are lots of games that don’t feel too serious. I liked how quick it was to start playing and just relax. For anyone in the UK curious it could be a soft way to enjoy something new without pressure !
