CALLOUT - Fall on steep slope at Wepre Park 21.03.26

On Saturday afternoon, we were contacted by @northwalespolice following reports of a female casualty who had fallen down a steep slope at Wepre Park.

The casualty had come to rest approximately halfway down the slope, wedged against a tree, and was suffering from a significant leg injury. @welshambulanceservice were already on scene providing pain relief and treatment.

Team members made their way down to the river and established a rope system, including a back line and a line across the river. The casualty was carefully secured onto a stretcher and safely brought back up the slope to a team Land Rover for onward transport in the waiting land ambulance.

We wish the casualty a speedy recovery
