CALLOUT 101/22: Lower leg injury near Llangollen

Earlier this afternoon North Wales Police asked us to assist a woman with a lower leg injury on the top of the Panorama above Llangollen. Her companion was well equipped to deal with the initial situation and provided some pain relief, a bandage for support and then they both got into a nice bright orange emergency shelter to keep themselves warm.

While team members were on the way, a local farmer became aware of the incident and was able to convey the casualty in his off road vehicle. We then provided additional pain relief and splinting, before she went off to hospital in a family members vehicle.

Get well soon!

Fantastic moon out there tonight.
