CALLOUT - Medical episode on Moel Y Parc. 06.09.25

On 6th September, we were called to assist a lady who had suffered a medical episode on Moel y Parc.

While the team was en route, the casualty had sufficiently recovered and was able to make her way to the RV point, where she was met by team members for assessment.

Her observations were stable, so the team escorted back to safety
