CALLOUT - Potentially injured person 17.10.25

On Friday, we were contacted by North Wales Police to assist in the search for a potentially injured person.

A member of the public had come across a damaged bike and some clothing but there was no sign of a casualty

NWP carried out extensive searches, including the use of a drone, but were unable to safely access the steep wooded bank beside the road so our team was then requested to search this area.

Shortly after our arrival, we received confirmation that the cyclist had been located safe and well at home.

A big thank you to the member of the public for their concern and quick action in reporting what they found

Our team of volunteers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days responding to those in need throughout Flintshire, Denbighshire, Wrexham & parts of Conwy & Powys.
