On Friday, the team was called by North Wales Police to assist Welsh Ambulance Service with a casualty above the waterfall at Dyserth. After paramedics treated and stabilised the casualty at the scene, team members carried out a careful stretcher evacuation over difficult terrain. On Tuesday night we were contacted by North Wales Police to assist with a missing person search in the Connah’s Quay area. Multiple teams came together, with NEWSAR tasked with inland searches. All agencies coordinated closely and worked seamlessly, resulting in a positive outcome, with the gentleman being found safe and well.
